planZ was founded at the end of 2020 out of the conviction that sustainable management ensures the future viability of companies. Our motto: With us, there is no plan B: only planZ can deliver the future we need and want.
What does sustainability mean from planZ’s point of view?
In the spirit of planZ’s corporate philosophy, sustainability stands for more than purely economically-focussed and environmentally-friendly action. Sustainable management means taking a holistic view of the issues at hand: thinking not only about today, but also about tomorrow, and looking back at helpful insights from the past (the “soap” familiar from our grandparents’ generation is the “solid shampoo” of today). Sustainability thrives on dialogue and exchange with others, e. g. customers, suppliers, other industries, science & research: Thinking outside the box and using knowledge and experience there, as well as applying them to your own issues, means acting sustainably. At the same time, the mantra is clear: Take responsibility and be courageous.

Who is planZ?
Anke Peter is the founder, front woman and visionary behind planZ. As a sustainability manager and consultant with a passion, she has set herself the goal of supporting companies in the development and implementation of future-oriented corporate management and thus shaping the future together in a sustainable way. Detlef Peter is a co-founder and supporter from the outset. His many years of experience in the management of an IT company and numerous consulting projects make him the perfect mentor for planZ.
